Third phase of exercise after workout
4-5min of active recovery (light version of the workout) & 8min of static stretching

Tips:

  • Obligatory after every workout
  • Gradually lower HR to 110bpm
  • Stretch each muscle group for 1min

Purpose:

  • Ensure blood circulation & prevent dizziness and fainting
  • Loosen muscles
