4-5min of active recovery (light version of the workout) & 8min of static stretching
Tips:
- Obligatory after every workout
- Gradually lower HR to 110bpm
- Stretch each muscle group for 1min
Purpose:
- Ensure blood circulation & prevent dizziness and fainting
- Loosen muscles
